Listing Policy

1. About MaidLink

MaidLink (the "Service") is an independent information site that helps people find maid cafes, concept cafes and concept bars across Japan. It is operated by Kurayami AI (the "Operator"), a sole proprietorship based in Mexico.

The Operator is not the operator, agent or partner of any listed venue. Listings are free and are not paid for by venues (if we ever offer advertising such as featured spots, it will be clearly labeled).

2. What we list

We list maid cafes, concept cafes and concept bars that are open to the general public. We do not list venues that present themselves as girls bars, cabaret clubs or other hostess establishments, venues whose marketing suggests sexual services, or members-only venues.

3. Sources and verification

Names, addresses, hours, prices and social accounts are based on information published on each venue's official website and official social media (such as X), checked and summarized independently by the Operator. Descriptions are written by us, not copied from the venue.

Each page shows the date we last checked it. Hours and prices can change without notice, so please check the venue's official information before visiting.

We do not republish text, photos or logos from venues' websites or social media without permission.

4. AI-generated images

On pages where the venue has not provided photos, we show an illustrative image to convey the atmosphere. These images are created with AI image generation; they are not photos of the venue and have not been reviewed by the venue. The page and the share image are labeled "AI-generated image · not a photo of this cafe".

Venues can replace them with real photos at no cost (see section 5).

5. For venues: corrections and official confirmation

Report mistakes through the "Wrong info?" link on each page, by DM to @MaidLinkjp, or by email to hello@maidlink.jp. We fix them after checking the official source.

Venues that apply from their official account get a "Confirmed by the cafe" mark and can update photos and hours, free of charge.

6. Removal requests

Venues can ask us to remove their listing at any time, free of charge. Send a DM to @MaidLinkjp from the venue's official X account, or email hello@maidlink.jp with the page URL. We confirm the request comes from the venue before acting.

Once confirmed, we remove the page and all information about the venue (including area lists, guides and the sitemap), in principle within 3 business days (usually the same day), and let you know when it is done. The page then shows "not found". Search engines may take a few days to drop it.

Removed venues are not listed again unless the venue asks us to.

7. Staff (cast) listings

Staff are listed only when they apply themselves. We never add staff on our own.

We show only what the person submitted: stage name, the cafe(s) where they work, X and Instagram. We never show real names, contact details or photos. Staff can have their listing deleted at any time by DM to @MaidLinkjp.

8. Reviews

Reviews are the personal opinions of the users who post them, not the Operator's. We remove reviews that violate the Terms of Service (false statements, defamation, personal information, etc.) upon a venue's report or at our discretion.
